Through the membership application form:
- First and last name (and spouse/partner if applicable)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country and city of residence
- Year of birth
- Sailing experience and certifications (where relevant)
- Preferred season rhythm
- Motivation and time slots for an introductory call
Minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for anonymous statistics.

- To manage the contractual relationship if you become a member
- To answer questions or information requests
- To improve site performance (anonymous statistics)
No unsolicited commercial outreach. No transfers to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Your explicit consent (form submission)
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures
- Legitimate interest of CALMA S.A.S.U.

- Applications not pursued: maximum 12 months after last contact
- Active members: contract duration plus 5 years (French accounting obligations, art. L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
- Technical data: maximum 13 months
