CALMA S.A.S.U. takes the privacy of visitors and applicants seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. Through the membership application form:

• First and last name (and spouse/partner if applicable)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country and city of residence
• Year of birth
• Sailing experience and certifications (where relevant)
• Preferred season rhythm
• Motivation and time slots for an introductory call

Minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for anonymous statistics.

• To review your application and arrange an introductory call
• To manage the contractual relationship if you become a member
• To answer questions or information requests
• To improve site performance (anonymous statistics)

No unsolicited commercial outreach. No transfers to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your explicit consent (form submission)
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures
• Legitimate interest of CALMA S.A.S.U.

— 05Retention

• Applications not pursued: maximum 12 months after last contact
• Active members: contract duration plus 5 years (French accounting obligations, art. L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
• Technical data: maximum 13 months

Fernando Pascual-Andreu, President of CALMA S.A.S.U. Strictly necessary subprocessors:

• Odoo S.A. (web hosting) — Belgium
• The accounting firm of CALMA S.A.S.U.
• The marine insurer of CALMA S.A.S.U.

No transfers outside the European Union.
